Seamless Aluminum Tube includes hot forged tube, cold forged tube, cold drawn tube, extruded tube and top tube, etc. It is formed by overall extrusion and has no weld seam, with high pressure-bearing capacity. Welded Aluminum Tube is classified by process into arc welding tube, resistance welding tube, gas welding tube and furnace welding tube, etc. It is made by rolling and welding aluminum plates, and the cost is relatively low.


By precision classification: it can be divided into Ordinary Aluminum Tube and Precision Aluminum Tube. The tolerance of Ordinary Aluminum Tube is relatively large and can meet the general industrial requirements; Precision Aluminum Tube usually needs to undergo cold drawing and rolling and other reprocessing after extrusion to meet higher precision requirements, and is often used in precision instruments and equipment.


By thickness classification: it can be divided into Ordinary Aluminum Tube, Thick-walled Aluminum Tube and Thin-walled Aluminum Tube. Ordinary Aluminum Tube has a moderate wall thickness and is widely used; Thick-walled Aluminum Tube has high strength and stability; Thin-walled Aluminum Tube is lightweight and has an advantage in situations with strict weight limitations.


By material classification: It can be divided into pure Aluminum Tube and aluminum alloy tube. The aluminum alloy tube can be further subdivided according to different alloy compositions, such as 6061, 6063, 7075, etc. Different alloy compositions of Aluminum Tube have different properties and application fields. For example, 6061 Aluminum Tube has higher strength and good welding performance, and is widely used in automotive components and other fields; 7075 Aluminum Tube belongs to super-hard aluminum and is often used in aerospace precision components.
